Meetings occur every Thursday at 6pm
Business Administration 341 & Virtual on Zoom
Every week, DISC hosts a general meeting with rotating themes and topics such as company presentations, alumni panels, technical & professional workshops, and fun socials!
The Department of Information Systems Club (DISC) brings in career professionals as well as holds community service events, technical workshops, and socials to help Computer Information Systems and Business Data Analytics majors develop technical and professional skills.
Each semester, DISC members have the opportunity to engage, interact, and network with career professionals from companies such as the Big Four Accounting Firms, USAA, Hawaiian Airlines, and many other big and small companies alike. Members are exposed to companies that specialize in information technology, cybersecurity, finance, accounting, and more. Often, our members are offered internships and full time positions with companies that attend our meetings.
DISC is not only a great way to prepare for your future, but also an opportunity to interact with peers who have the same passion for technology and business. We are a fun, all-inclusive, and diverse group of students who truly make business personal.
I encourage you to look through our website as well as become a member of DISC using our SunDevil Sync page. I look forward to seeing you grow and develop into a dedicated industry professional through DISC.
Sincerely,
Kelly Mannenbach
